iwonabid.com is operated by iwonabid or i1abid. Using any services on the website such as purchasing products on the website or opening an account binds the user and website with the following terms and service. These terms apply to all users who register on the site and iwonabid.com reserves the right to modify the terms of agreement at any time without notification. iwonabid.com suggests you refer to the terms of services periodically in case of any updates to the terms of service. By agreeing to these terms, iwonabid.com agrees to provide the end user with access to the site and participate in activities relating to the site. You agree to follow the legal age requirment of at least eighteen (18) years of age to be eligible to register and create an account. You must also be a legal US resident and may not act as a business or firm in registering on the site. We may terminate your account at any time if above terms are not accurate or for any reason we think is reasonable to do so. By using the site you are agreeing to abide by all terms of service and you represent the right to enter into an agreement with iwonabid.com
Terms and service for setting account
To access any auctions on our site you must first create an account in compliance with iwonabid.com and may not use anothers account for bidding. By creating an account you are providing accurate and complete information. Accounts may only be opened as individual names and may not include any business names under any circumstances. Each individual is limited to one account and if fail to comply with these terms may result in termination of all accounts and suspension from the site. You are solely responsible for your individual account and password as iwonabid.com will not be held responsible for unauthorized use of your account or loss you may have incurred due to use of your account. iwonabid.com may terminate your account at any time if the terms and services are breached in this agreement by user. If account is suspended, a refund for remaining bids will be credited to user. iwonabid.com employees or family members may not participate in any auctions on the site at any time.
Terms and service for purchasing bids
Bids can only be used if purchased in bidpacks or awarded to user by site administrator to participate in auction bidding. Payments for bidpacks may be placed by credit card or an eligible Paypal account. If payment by user for bidpacks, products, or any service on our site is reversed by card holder a penality of $20.00 will be charged and will be forwarded to a local collection agency in your town. When a bid is placed, a bid is deducted from users account and may no longer be used.
Terms and service for auctions and purchases
Active auctions will increase by set amount when users bid on item. Each bid placed constitutes an agreement between user and iwonabid.com in an effort to purchase the product if item ends at auction price. Upon completion of the auction, user agrees to pay for item as the winning bidder before item ships out. iwonabid.com is not responsible for shipping any product until auction is paid in full by end user. Each winning user will be able to see won auctions in their personal dashboard and may see status of item. iwonabid.com may send a similar product if auction item is no longer available but of equal or lesser value. We have no guarantee of item being in stock due to the fact item is shipped directly from manufacturer. iwonabid.com is not responsible for any damages in transit as this must be handled by end user and company shipping item. All manufacturer warranties must be taken up by the manufacturer and end user and in no way binds iwonabid.com with quality or appearance of product.

The mark iwonabid.com and iwonabid.com logos and designs marks are trademarks of iwonabid.com. All rights with respect to those marks are reserved. All other trademarks on website are property of their respective owners. iwonabid.com claims copyrights of all content on the site.
